VoIP Studio offers call recording, voicemail transcription, and AI-powered call summary features that we may use to help us manage communications efficiently and ensure we accurately capture your service requests. If a call is recorded or a voicemail is transcribed, that data is processed by VoIP Studio on our behalf. We use this information solely to provide better service to you and to keep accurate records of your requests.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand general trends in how visitors use our website (such as which pages are visited most). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track individual visitors across sessions, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR regulations. No personally identifiable information is gathered through our analytics.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our web forms from spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may set a small cookie (cf_clearance) and process limited browser signals to verify that a visitor is human. It does not track you across websites and is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHA services.
